About the Role
Rentokil Boecker Saudi Arabia invites motivated and customer-oriented Saudi nationals to join as part-time Call Center Agents. This hybrid role involves a mix of remote and office-based work designed to deliver excellent customer service across multiple communication channels.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer queries via telephone, website, live chat, WhatsApp, and email.
- Record all inquiries and potential leads in the ICABS system accurately.
- Assign prospects to respective Sales Consultants located in various branches.
- Promptly alert the designated Sales Consultant through email and WhatsApp notifications.
- Conduct follow-ups within 24 hours to verify if the customer has been visited, surveyed, quoted, or their inquiry resulted in a sale.
- Report any delays or unaddressed follow-ups to the Branch Manager and Area Sales Manager for quick resolution.
- Ensure precise data records and consistently uphold superior customer service standards.
Requirements
- Applicants must be Saudi nationals exclusively.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages, speaking and writing, is essential.
- Strong interpersonal communication and customer service aptitude.
- Competent with computers and detail-oriented.
- Capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently within a dynamic environment.
- Open to university students, recent graduates, or individuals seeking flexible part-time work schedules.
Work Schedule
Working hours are structured as 4 hours daily for six days a week, operating in split shifts.
Work Model
The position follows a hybrid arrangement, combining remote tasks with office attendance.
