Description de l'emploi

About the Company

Liberty has been shaping its legacy since 1875, built on creativity, craftsmanship, and exceptional people. Inspired by founder Arthur Lasenby Liberty’s adventurous vision, the brand continues to honour its heritage through distinctive prints and carefully curated Interior, Home, and Crafting Collections.

The business values passion, imagination, and energy, and those qualities are reflected in the teams that help bring the brand to life.

Role Overview

Liberty is seeking a highly creative, well-organised, analytical, and strategically minded Paid Media Specialist. The position focuses on managing the growth, delivery, and optimisation of paid social activity across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Reddit.

This role will be central to delivering revenue, profit, and brand growth through these channels. It is a practical, hands-on position that requires strong analytical thinking, a sharp focus on measurement and performance, and close collaboration with both internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of global paid social campaigns, including planning, launch, optimisation, and reporting, with performance across the UK, US, and ME markets.

You will work with agencies to improve campaign outcomes, manage budgets, forecast KPIs, and support revenue, profit, and brand goals.

You will shape paid media creative direction and oversee asset coordination, working closely with in-house creative teams and outside partners.

You will support test-and-learn initiatives, experimentation, AI adoption, CRO activity, and optimisation across audiences, creative, and campaign performance.

You will track channel performance through regular analysis and reporting, turning data into practical insights that guide future marketing and creative decisions.

You will also build strong working relationships across Digital Marketing, Organic Social, Influencer, Trade, and Creative teams to support a coordinated digital approach.

Experience and Skills

The ideal candidate will bring 3 to 5 years of experience in Paid Media or Digital Marketing, preferably in retail eCommerce or luxury environments.

Practical experience is expected across Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Facebook Commerce Manager, GA4, Excel, and Power BI.

A strong analytical approach is essential, along with experience managing budgets, forecasting KPIs, and using performance data to improve results.

You should be confident managing agencies, coordinating creative delivery, and engaging stakeholders across functions.

Experience with CRO work, feed management, and a continuous test-and-learn mindset will be important.

Previous experience leading people, along with strong presentation, communication, and organisational skills, is also required.

About You

You should be enthusiastic about digital marketing, new trends, and ongoing learning.

The role suits someone commercially aware, creative, and motivated by performance outcomes.

You will need to be highly organised, detail-focused, and able to juggle several priorities at once.

A proactive, problem-solving approach is important, as is comfort working in a fast-moving environment.

You should be collaborative, confident in building relationships across teams and with external partners, and self-driven with a flexible mindset.

The company also seeks someone who is always looking for ways to improve and think more ambitiously.

Equal Opportunities

Liberty is an equal opportunities employer and does not tolerate unlawful discrimination. The organisation is committed to creating a workplace where people from all backgrounds can thrive and contribute their individual perspectives, skills, and experience.

Its approach aims to reduce both conscious and unconscious bias, and is based on respect, fairness, and consistency. Employment decisions are made without less favourable treatment on the basis of gender, race, age, disability, sexual orientation, religion or belief, or any other protected characteristic.
