Overview
A leading digital agency is looking for a seasoned Paid Digital Media Specialist to manage daily paid media operations for multiple client accounts. This part-time role, offering roughly 20 hours weekly with flexible scheduling, is fully remote but gives preference to candidates based near Chicago. The specialist will independently oversee campaign execution and optimization across various digital platforms and deliver professional performance analyses.
Scope of Role
- Manage media accounts with an aggregate spend of approximately $2-3 million annually, including a primary account budget of about $1.3 million.
- Handle a portfolio of around 10 clients, focusing mainly on Meta platforms and expanding into others as needed.
- Collaborate with senior team members overseeing strategy and analytics dashboards.
Key Responsibilities
- Create media plans tailored to specific channels aligned with clients' business goals, encompassing budgets, audiences, and scheduling.
- Adapt media strategies in response to evolving performance metrics, platform changes, and signal losses.
- Execute hands-on campaign management and optimizations across Meta, Google Search and YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitor daily tasks such as pacing, testing, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure goals are met.
- Independently manage existing accounts with minimal supervision.
- Work with data teams to integrate funnel tracking and provide detailed, written performance reports outlining outcomes, insights, changes made, and future recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience working within an agency environment.
- Demonstrable management of paid media budgets exceeding $1 million yearly.
- Expert-level proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and digital media execution.
- Self-driven with the capability to manage accounts independently at a senior level.
- Strong communication skills for explaining strategic decisions and analytical outcomes clearly.
- Highly organized, precise, and detail-oriented with a strategic yet practical approach to media buying.
- Accountable for campaign results and performance assessments.
