Position Overview

The Over-the-Counter Associate role involves assisting customers effectively while managing and organizing assigned areas within the OTC department. The associate ensures that the merchandise presentation aligns with company standards and maintains exceptional customer service, embodying the core values and principles of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information in compliance with privacy regulations.
• Support sales growth and profitability goals under guidance from the Pharmacy Manager.
• Manage inventory by rotating stock and verifying product expiry.
• Ensure the OTC department is properly zoned and visually appealing.
• Adhere to established procedures for ordering, clearance processes, pricing adjustments, and accurate labeling.
• Keep the workspace uncluttered, clear of unnecessary items and hazards.
• Maintain accurate pricing to avoid errors as per the Scanning Credibility Program.
• Perform calibration on equipment used in prescription fulfillment.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this position is $17.35.

Required Qualifications

• Applicants must be at least 16 years of age.
