Oracle EPM Consultant

Overview

Insight Global Technologies is seeking a seasoned Oracle EPM Consultant with over a decade of experience managing Oracle Cloud EPM systems. This leadership role centers on supporting, refining, and advancing the Oracle EPM portfolio including Planning, Consolidation, Reconciliation, and Reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the offshore team dedicated to Oracle Cloud EPM, directing support, system improvements, and strategic implementation plans.
• Collaborate with Finance and Accounting departments to ensure seamless integration and automation workflows within the EPM framework.
• Manage monthly Oracle release processes, oversee project timelines, address escalations, and maintain optimal system security and compliance with internal controls.
• Engage actively in design architecture, application setup, comprehensive testing, and resolving complex technical challenges.

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years experience in technical delivery and leadership roles involving Oracle Cloud EPM environments.
• Extensive hands-on expertise with EPBCS, FCCS, and ARCS modules covering deployment, configuration, support, and performance tuning.
• Strong proficiency in Oracle EPM automation tools and integration techniques such as Groovy scripting, REST APIs, Data Management, EPM Automate, and batch job automation.
• Proven ability managing offshore teams, coordinating product roadmaps, stakeholder communications, risk mitigation, and timely project execution.
• Experience upholding governance and compliance standards including SOX requirements, release management, impact analysis, and regression testing.
