Job Overview
This position demands high autonomy to convert strategic goals into detailed operational plans by defining key business needs, setting project scope, identifying potential risks and dependencies, ensuring stakeholder consensus, and steering initiatives from initial discovery through to deployment and enduring operational handover.

Primary Duties
- Collaborate with executives and functional leaders to map strategic priorities into detailed project charters, requirements, milestones, and plans.
- Lead discovery sessions to clarify needs, scope, assumptions, constraints, risks, and dependencies.
- Identify and challenge incomplete requirements, reveal tradeoffs, and assist leadership in making informed pre-execution decisions.
- Prioritize competing demands by assessing urgency, value, resources, and organizational impact.
- Manage multifaceted initiatives across functions from planning through launch and operational transition.
- Set up governance structures like timelines, dashboards, status updates, decision logs, risk registers, issue tracking, and stakeholder communications.
- Drive execution by clarifying responsibilities, removing obstacles, fostering alignment, and ensuring accountability.
- Escalate risks and decisions properly while keeping leadership informed.
- Assess current workflows, identify gaps, recommend scalable improvements, and develop operational metrics for data-guided improvements.
- Support a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement with rigorous execution.
- Lead change management on projects including readiness, communication, adoption, and support.
- Provide executives with concise updates highlighting progress, risks, decisions, and next steps.
- Ensure sustained transition of initiatives to operational teams with documented procedures, controls, metrics, and handoff plans.
- Maintain thorough project documentation to support long-term operational success.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Management, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least eight years of advanced experience in operations, business transformation, project management, quality management, customer operations, or operational leadership roles.
- Proven record managing complex cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders, strict timelines, dependencies, and achieving measurable outcomes.
- Strong business insight to translate strategies into executable operational plans.
- Expertise in facilitating executive and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
- Experience creating project charters, requirements documents, implementation plans, dashboards, risk registers, and executive reports.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, prioritization, and project leadership abilities.
- Background in healthcare, medical devices, or other regulated industries is preferred.
- Certifications such as Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, PMP, or similar are desirable.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% when required.
