About the Employer and Setting

This 10-bed health service provides a broad scope of care including emergency response, inpatient and outpatient services, residential aged care, and telehealth solutions. Role Overview
- Contribute to meal preparation, serving food, kitchen maintenance, and cleaning duties to ensure provision of wholesome and safe meals.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks throughout the health facility including staff accommodation while maintaining high standards of hygiene and infection control.
- Operate laundry equipment to wash, dry, and iron linens and resident garments as needed.
- Work cooperatively with staff, patients, and healthcare providers to contribute to quality care, including adhering to safe manual handling practices.
- Comply with workplace health and safety policies, infection control protocols, quality standards, complete accurate records, and maintain confidentiality.

Compensation and Benefits
- Earn up to a total monthly remuneration value of $6,504, including:
- Standard hourly rate ranging from $32.33 to $34.50
- Casual hourly rate (with 25% loading) between $40.42 and $43.12
- Employer superannuation contribution of 12.75%
- Leave loading at 17.5%
