About the Role
We are seeking a responsible Online Pharmacy Executive to oversee the management of online medicine orders, handle customer inquiries, verify prescriptions, and liaise with delivery and store teams to ensure efficient pharmacy operations. The role is customer-oriented and requires compliance with all pharmacy regulations to maintain high levels of service quality and customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage online orders for medicines and healthcare products effectively.
- Verify prescriptions in collaboration with registered pharmacists.
- Process orders using pharmacy software or systems accurately.
- Coordinate with store, warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
- Handle customer communications via calls, WhatsApp, and email support promptly.
- Maintain updated information on product availability and order status.
- Ensure accurate billing, documentation, and tracking of orders.
- Protect customer data confidentiality and adhere to regulatory compliance standards.
- Resolve customer complaints and handle escalations professionally.
- Support marketing efforts by participating in promotional campaigns and boosting online sales activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Basic computer proficiency and adeptness in handling online orders.
- Familiarity with medicines and pharmacy products is preferred.
- Proficiency in customer service and problem-solving techniques.
- Capability to efficiently multitask and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Ability to collaborate and coordinate within a team environment.
Eligibility Criteria
A B.Pharm or D.Pharm degree is preferred. Experience in pharmacy operations, e-commerce, or healthcare retail will be advantageous. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Work Schedule and Location
This is a full-time position based in Mumbai. Working hours entail approximately 10 hours per day, six days a week.
Compensation
Salary is competitive and aligned with current industry standards, ranging between INR 22,000 to INR 30,000 per month.
