Key Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis of stability and finished product samples following the work plan with precise documentation and online reporting, especially for physical testing.
• Ensure instruments are calibrated and valid before use; perform necessary calibration as needed.
• Adhere strictly to ATP procedures, instructions, and SOPs during analyses.
• Maintain cleanliness of instruments and workspace during and after testing.
• Properly store working standards, reference standards, impurity standards, sample solutions, chemicals, reagents, specifications, and ATP documents after use.
• Maintain reconciliation sheets for stability, finished goods, and process validation samples.
• Prepare and degas mobile phases, filter appropriately per HPLC procedures.
• Verify test results against approved specifications; promptly report anomalies such as OOS (Out of Specification), OOT (Out of Trend), or lab events to supervisors.
• Coordinate washing of glassware post analysis and prepare deactivating solutions when handling cytotoxic materials.
• Follow all safety protocols including the use of gloves, masks, safety glasses, aprons, and safety shoes within the laboratory.
• Adhere to Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and Good Documentation Practice (GDP) standards.
• Monitor laboratory temperature and humidity conditions regularly.
• Analyze water quality parameters for purified water, water for injection, raw water, and clean steam including pH, conductivity, nitrate, and oxidizable substances.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants must hold a Master of Science (MSc) degree and have over 5 years of relevant work experience in Quality Control.

This position involves minimal travel.
