About the Role
IP-11 Associates, a firm specializing in Insolvency & Bankruptcy, seeks a diligent and responsible Office Boy to assist with everyday office functions while ensuring a clean and disciplined work environment. The ideal candidate should exhibit punctuality, politeness, and proficiency in performing basic office assistance tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide tea, coffee, and water to employees and visitors.
- Maintain cleanliness across office areas including cabins, pantry, and meeting rooms.
- Conduct routine cleaning and dusting duties.
- Assist with photocopying, scanning, and document filing tasks.
- Transport documents and parcels as needed within or outside the office.
- Support office staff with daily administrative assistance.
- Ensure pantry stock levels are appropriate and replenished.
- Help organize meeting rooms and general office setups.
- Carry out any other assigned administrative duties.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification of 10th or 12th grade completion.
- Previous experience in office support, cleaning, or housekeeping is advantageous.
- Basic familiarity with office hygiene standards and discipline expected.
- Honest, punctual, and courteous demeanor.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and adhere to instructions carefully.
Working Conditions and Compensation
- This is a full-time position based onsite.
- The offered salary ranges from Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 12,000 per month, depending on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
