Role Overview
We are looking for a diligent, assertive, and exceptionally organised Office Administrator to manage daily administrative tasks ensuring the smooth functioning of the client's office environment. This crucial position offers clear potential for expanded responsibilities as the business grows.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee general office administration to maintain an efficient and well-organized workspace.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for office inquiries, visitors, and supplier communication.
- Manage ordering, stock control, and upkeep of relationships with suppliers.
- Maintain both digital and physical filing systems and control documentation.
- Provide support for scheduling and managing diaries for meetings, including preparation of rooms and materials, plus follow-up tasks.
- Assist in employee onboarding administration such as workspace setup and document coordination.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements when required.
- Support finance tasks including invoice processing, purchase order tracking, and expense reporting, tailored to company needs.
- Maintain internal records, trackers, and logs to enhance operational transparency.
- Identify process inefficiencies in office functions and implement improvements.
- Offer on-demand administrative assistance across various teams.

- Experience in office administration, coordination, or administrative support roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams; quick to learn new systems and tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to meet competing deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality of work.
- Beneficial experience in managing suppliers, office operations, or facilities tasks.
