Role Summary
We are recruiting a well-organized and proactive Office Administrator/Receptionist to maintain seamless daily office operations. This position serves as the primary contact point for visitors and clients, while also managing administrative duties, light bookkeeping, petty cash, travel arrangements, supplier relations, and miscellaneous office tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees.
- Manage incoming communication through phone lines, email, and mail efficiently.
- Oversee petty cash management and handle simple bookkeeping tasks including expense records and reconciliation.
- Organize travel bookings, visas, and accommodations for staff as necessary.
- Maintain office inventory, ensuring timely supply restocking and upkeep of equipment.
- Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and contractors to ensure uninterrupted office functionality.
- Provide administrative support to human resources and management including documentation and filing.
- Ensure the office environment remains tidy, orderly, and efficient.
- Assist with additional projects and tasks as delegated by management.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or similar area preferred.
- Have a minimum of three years experience in office administration, reception, or equivalent positions.
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping principles and cash handling is required.
- Exhibit excellent organizational skills with strong multitasking ability and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within teams.
- Maintain a professional attitude and positive demeanor.
