Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled O365 Messaging Administrator (Exchange Administrator) to join our team in Delhi/NCR. This role requires 8 to 12 years of relevant experience and involves leading the administration and management of Microsoft 365 messaging environments, primarily focusing on Exchange platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage mailboxes including creating, configuring, and administering user mailboxes, shared mailboxes, resource mailboxes, and distribution groups.
- Oversee email routing, implement anti-spam, malware filtering, and phishing protection to maintain the integrity and reputation of the organization's email domain.
- Ensure high availability through system uptime maintenance, development of disaster recovery strategies, and management of message archiving and deletion policies.
- Plan and execute mailbox migrations as well as synchronize hybrid Exchange environments.
- Handle user account management, license allocation, and enforce role-based access controls utilizing Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory).
- Administer collaboration tools including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive to monitor usage and performance.
- Implement compliance measures and data governance policies such as data retention, eDiscovery, and data loss prevention protocols.
- Provide advanced technical support by diagnosing and resolving complex mail flow issues, user access problems, and related disruptions.
- Conduct regular performance monitoring, service health checks, and manage updates through the Microsoft Admin Center.
Eligibility and Qualifications
Candidates must hold a graduation degree and possess 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience with Exchange 2010, Exchange 2016, and Office 365 environments.
