Mountain Warehouse is seeking enthusiastic Sales Associates to join their New Zealand Retail team at the Hornby (NHO) location in Christchurch, Canterbury. Primary Responsibilities

• Assist in sharing knowledge and mentoring to support new and current staff development.
• Support daily store operations by adhering to company rules and processes.
• Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently across various payment methods.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized sales floor with visually appealing product displays and adequate stock levels.
• Stay updated on product details, current promotions, and pricing to assist customers knowledgeably.
• Help establish and implement promotional events and merchandise displays to boost sales.
• Engage customers warmly, understand their requirements, and offer personalized recommendations.
• Respond professionally to customer questions and concerns to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Represent the Mountain Warehouse brand with enthusiasm and professionalism, fostering a welcoming store atmosphere.
• Contribute towards achieving and surpassing sales targets, supporting a motivated and high-performing team environment.
• Assist management in recognizing business opportunities and areas for improvement to maximize team effectiveness.
