Role Overview

The Nutritionist Executive is responsible for applying expert clinical nutrition knowledge combined with effective communication skills to assist consumers with their health concerns. The role is client-facing and integrates nutrition, diagnostics, customer success, and product support to provide personalized nutrition solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform individualized customer consultations via phone, video, or WhatsApp platforms.
• Gather comprehensive data on customer lifestyle, medical history, symptoms, and health objectives using structured assessments.
• Analyze diagnostic reports and tailor nutrition plans along with product recommendations accordingly.
• Provide guidance on nutrition, supplementation, lifestyle changes, and habit development to customers.
• Conduct follow-up consultations to ensure adherence and maximize customer health outcomes.
• Coordinate with medical professionals when cases require medical intervention or additional support.
• Collect and document customer insights and feedback to enhance diagnostic questionnaires and recommendation engines continuously.
• Assist in creating evidence-based educational materials such as FAQs, consultation scripts, blogs, and other customer resources.
• Work collaboratively with Product, Growth, and Customer Success teams to drive improvements in customer conversion and retention related to the diagnostic-driven journey.
• Maintain precise and thorough consultation records and documentation.

Success Indicators

• Achieving high levels of customer satisfaction, including CSAT and NPS scores.
• Strong conversion rates from consultation to product purchase.
• Increased repeat purchases and improved customer retention.
• Better adherence rates to prescribed nutrition protocols among clients.
• Generating actionable data to optimize diagnostic workflows and recommendation systems.

Candidate Profile

• Holds a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Clinical Nutrition, or Food Science.
• Possesses 2 to 4 years of professional experience in nutrition counseling or clinical nutrition.
• Previous work experience in D2C health brands, preventive healthcare, wellness, or nutraceutical sectors is advantageous.
• Competent in interpreting diagnostic reports including blood tests and health analytics related to nutrition.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Hindi languages.
• Strong interpersonal skills with empathy and ability to communicate complicated scientific concepts clearly to customers.
• Experience with CRM systems and communication tools such as WhatsApp and video consultation platforms.

Eligibility Criteria

Applications are welcome from candidates possessing qualifications such as B.Sc in Food Technology, Nutrition and Dietetics, B.Tech/B.E. in Food Technology, Diploma in Food Technology, or degrees like BAMS/BNYS focused on Naturopathic Nutrition.
