Role Overview

The Nursery Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of Little Sweet Dream Nursery located in Ras Al Khaimah. This full-time, on-site position entails leadership of the nursery staff, management of staff schedules, and supervision of classroom activities. The manager will ensure adherence to safeguarding policies, compliance with regulatory standards, and consistent implementation of health and safety protocols. Responsibilities also include cultivating strong partnerships with families, handling admissions, supporting curriculum delivery, and maintaining detailed records and reports. An essential part of the role is to mentor and develop the team by offering constructive feedback, facilitating training, and conducting performance evaluations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven expertise in nursery operations and management within an early childhood education environment.
• In-depth knowledge and application of safeguarding practices and child protection protocols.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of collaborative teamwork, family engagement, and professional external interaction.
• Relevant educational qualifications in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related fields; formal certifications in nursery management and safeguarding are advantageous.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, effective team management experience, and strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
• Understanding of health, safety, and regulatory requirements specific to nursery settings; prior experience in Ras Al Khaimah or the UAE context is a plus.
