Role and Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Regularly monitor patient health status and document vital signs accurately.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments following doctor's orders.
- Support doctors during medical examinations and procedures.
- Maintain comprehensive patient records and nursing documentation with accuracy.
- Adhere strictly to infection control guidelines and patient safety protocols.
- React promptly to emergency situations and provide basic life support when necessary.
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and care instructions.
- Ensure cleanliness of patient care areas and proper maintenance of nursing equipment.
- Comply with hospital regulations, NABH standards, and maintain professional conduct at all times.
- Work in rotational shifts and guarantee efficient handover between shifts.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Educational qualifications: ANM, GNM, or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Must possess valid registration with the Nursing Council.
- Open to both freshers and experienced nursing professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Compassionate, patient-centric, and responsible in approach.
- Able to work under pressure and adapt to rotational shift patterns.
- Possess foundational knowledge of infection control and patient safety measures.
- A cooperative team player with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
