About the Role
BigFore Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. seeks enthusiastic and motivated Non-IT Recruiters to become part of their team. Candidates with or without prior experience are invited to apply.
Responsibilities
- Identify and assess candidates for positions in the BPO and Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) sectors.
- Engage in initial candidate communication to evaluate suitability.
- Arrange interviews and track candidate progress through the hiring cycle.
- Oversee recruitment activities from start to finish for multiple vacancies involving reputed clients.
Eligibility
Fresh graduates as well as candidates possessing prior recruitment experience can apply.
