Position Overview

We are inviting applicants to fill the role of Night Porter, working two nights per week. This opportunity is perfect for dedicated, enthusiastic individuals who strive to deliver exceptional guest experiences and support the seamless overnight operation of our hotel.

Responsibilities

• Operate the reception desk overnight, ensuring a smooth night audit process.
• Maintain agreed-upon standards for service, cleanliness, and security across all hotel areas.
• Safeguard the premises throughout the night by executing regular fire, health, and safety inspections.
• Be promptly available to address guest requirements, delivering exceptional customer care at all times.
• Prepare the breakfast room and buffet in accordance with established standards.
• Complete any other reasonable tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a related hospitality or hotel support role.
• Strong customer service skills with an ability to communicate effectively with a variety of guests.
