Job Description

• Provide not just satisfactory but enthusiastic guest experiences at the reception desk.
• Serve as the main contact for guests, assisting with all their needs and concerns.
• Bring passion as a dedicated host and enjoy being the primary point of contact for guests.
• Prepare statistical reports and documentation as part of your responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Personality and attitude are valued above your resume.
• Hotel industry training is advantageous.
• Previous experience in reception services is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in engaging with guests.
• Familiarity with Hamburg to offer authentic local recommendations is a plus.
• Ability to inspire not just guests but also your colleagues.
