About the Role

NSIA Insurance Ghana is currently seeking dedicated National Service Personnel for the 2026/2027 service period to join various departments within the company. This opportunity is perfect for recent graduates eager to gain practical experience in insurance, marketing, or actuarial science while contributing to a dynamic team.

Available Departments and Responsibilities

• Marketing – Accra Branch: Support marketing activities at the branch level, engage with customers, and assist with promotional campaigns specific to the Accra office.
• Marketing – Bancassurance: Aid the Bancassurance unit in implementing marketing strategies that bolster the distribution of insurance products through banking partners.
• Marketing – Foreign Travel Insurance: Assist in promoting travel insurance offerings by supporting client engagement and marketing campaign execution.
• Actuarial: Provide support to the Actuarial team by handling data analysis, generating reports, and assisting with general actuarial tasks.
• Brands/Communication: Help the Brands team with brand management, communication strategies, content creation, and marketing communications efforts.

Candidate Profile
