National Account Manager

Overview

We are partnering with a reputable international firm in the frozen food industry to recruit a National Account Manager. Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by expanding sales with current and new customers throughout Ireland.
• Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with key wholesale, manufacturing, and national accounts.
• Oversee pricing strategies, proposal development, and product positioning within frozen food categories.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to optimize outcomes.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase market share across the Irish market.
• Represent the company professionally in all customer meetings and throughout assigned territories.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in the food industry within Ireland.
• Strong commercial insight, including negotiation skills.
• Passion for developing and expanding customer relationships.
• Ability to work independently from a home-based office.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly nationwide.
• Possession of a full driving license and full legal rights to work in Ireland.

Additional Information

Work Location: Ireland (home-based with travel to Dublin and other parts nationwide).

Salary: €60,000 - €65,000 plus bonus.

Travel Requirements: Frequent national travel is mandatory.
