About the Role and Company

Sprout Living is a purpose-driven consumer packaged goods (CPG) company developing a diverse portfolio of innovative brands. We are looking for a National Account Manager to oversee account management, handle distributor and broker relationships, lead the sales team, and drive sales execution, reporting, and growth across various channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage partnerships with distributors such as KeHE, UNFI, and other regional and international partners.
  • Lead the broker network ensuring clear priorities, responsibilities, and accountability.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts in natural, specialty, conventional, and digital sales channels.
  • Negotiate pricing, promotions, and programs designed to increase sales velocity and overall growth.
  • Supervise and mentor the sales team to optimize performance.
