Role Overview

The Co-founder role for Nap OS is a remote leadership position responsible for advancing, expanding, and optimizing the Nap OS platform and its operational approach. Key functions include defining product direction and strategy, partnering with stakeholders to design innovation projects centered on workforce priorities, and managing research, validation, and delivery of business results via the platform.

The role encompasses spearheading market entry strategies, generating sales and partner opportunities, ensuring coherence between platform capabilities, employer expectations, and participant engagement, alongside analyzing data and project outcomes to refine product-market fit. Additional duties involve mentoring contributors and participants and acting as Napblog’s representative in external forums and strategic collaborations.

Collaboration with the founding team to obtain resources, streamline operations, and drive Nap OS’s growth as a scalable, impact-driven workforce solution globally is essential.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong analytical aptitude enabling data-informed decision-making regarding product performance, project impact, and market potential.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement, clear presentation of complex ideas, and multicultural collaboration.
• Proven sales competencies in pipeline development, partnership negotiation, and deal closure with diverse organizational clients.
• Marketing experience focused on platform positioning, go-to-market strategy development, and raising awareness for workforce innovation solutions.
• Research capabilities in market analysis, feasibility assessments, product validation, and innovation evaluation.
• Experience in innovation, product creation, or startup contexts, preferably in HR technology, educational technology, workforce development, or B2B sectors.
• Ability to function independently within remote, fast-moving, and uncertain settings by proactively managing initiatives end-to-end.
• Educational or professional background in business, technology, innovation, or related areas; prior entrepreneurial or co-founding experience is a strong advantage.
