About the Role

Summit K12 seeks a dynamic Multimedia Designer to join their Creative Studio amid a high-demand period. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative setting and is comfortable taking charge of diverse projects spanning graphic design, illustration, and video production.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality digital and print materials consistent with Summit K12 branding.
• Create original illustrations, icons, and diagrams to enrich educational content.
• Edit and produce videos supporting product, marketing, training, and instructional needs.
• Work closely with designers, video producers, curriculum developers, product managers, and marketing teams to deliver creative projects.
• Handle multiple projects concurrently while adhering to tight timelines.
• Ensure meticulous attention to detail during production and quality review stages.
• Adapt flexibly to evolving priorities and business demands.
• Follow established creative guidelines, workflows, and SOPs.
• Incorporate team feedback effectively while maintaining a cooperative mindset.
• Use AI-based tools where suitable to enhance efficiency without compromising quality.

Required Skills and Expertise

• Proven professional experience in graphic design and creative production.
• Advanced skills with Adobe Creative Cloud suite: Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop; After Effects preferred.
• Skilled in crafting illustrations and various visual assets.
• Experience producing and editing professional-grade video content.
• Strong grasp of typography, layout, branding, and visual narrative techniques.
• Excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities under pressure.
• Well-developed organizational and time management competence.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across teams.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with AI-driven creative software considered a benefit.
