Role overview

Primero is hiring an experienced Mobilisation Coordinator on a full-time basis. The role starts in the Osborne Park office, with a planned move to a Perth CBD office in late 2026.

This position is responsible for following Primero and client mobilisation procedures so that employees and contractors are sent to site in a fully compliant way.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate mobilisation for all white-collar and blue-collar personnel heading to project sites.
  • Make sure project and role-specific minimum standards are understood and followed.
  • Track each person’s mobilisation progress and compliance accurately.
  • Keep onboarding and training records up to date in the relevant system.
  • Partner with the recruitment team to help meet mobilisation targets for projects.
  • Arrange ordering and delivery of PPE for individuals.
  • Raise purchase orders for medical checks, training and labour-hire personnel.
  • Locate and organise the training required for each person.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of mobilisation experience, ideally gained in the engineering or resources sectors.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel at an intermediate level.
  • Strong planning, persistence and time-management skills, with the ability to act quickly when needed.
  • Comfort working in a busy, fast-moving environment.
  • A customer-focused approach when dealing with colleagues and candidates.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A team-oriented mindset and the ability to contribute positively to workplace culture.
