Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Service Operator to join our team in Cork. In this mobile role, you will service multiple client sites each day by restocking and cleaning coffee or vending machines. You will also act as an on-site representative, providing excellent customer service and maintaining machine hygiene and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure vending machines are fully stocked and cleaned according to company standards at all times.
• Carry out stock control checks on both machines and company vans.
• Troubleshoot routine machine issues such as cup jams or blocked mixing bowls and escalate faults to the Service Desk.
• Report any accidents, spoiled food, or customer complaints to your Area Manager or the Service Desk on the day they occur.
• Provide training and support to new employees or colleagues requiring upskilling to maintain high service quality.
• Maintain exemplary customer care standards, interacting courteously with clients.
• Perform regular audits and quality assessments on vending machines as directed by your Area Manager and communicate follow-up actions.
• Identify and report any machines not meeting the hygiene standards set by the Automatic Vending Association.

• Flexible and adaptable to changes in work schedules or procedures.
• High level of professionalism and presentability.
• Availability to work four 10-hour shifts per week.
