About the Role
Yava Ayurveda is seeking a resourceful and well-organized MIS Executive to join its expanding team in Delhi-NCR. This role demands an individual responsible for designing, developing, and managing computer systems to meet specified requirements within allocated timelines. The candidate will formulate strategies, stay informed on current IT system advancements, analyze operational processes, and recommend improvements. Additionally, the MIS Executive will be involved in resource allocation, staff training, and onboarding activities, while ensuring data security and risk management.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot IT systems to ensure optimal functioning.
- Interpret project briefs and develop IT systems that comply with specifications and budget limits.
- Support training programs and onboarding for new team members.
- Create job descriptions for new roles and aid recruitment and interview procedures.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and health and safety regulations among staff.
- Maintain, manage, and update software applications regularly.
- Oversee digital security, ensuring timely updates of antivirus and firewall protections.
- Manage website development and maintenance, guaranteeing the safety of user data.
- Evaluate current operations, protocols, and procedures; propose and implement enhancements.
- Engage in research, attend relevant workshops, and actively network with industry professionals.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in team management.
- Hands-on experience with diverse software tools and applications.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong diagnostic capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact across various levels.
