Mini Bar Attendant

Role overview

Hilton is looking for a Mini Bar Attendant to help create a warm, memorable guest experience by keeping minibar service accurate, attentive, and guest-focused. This role is about more than restocking items; it supports the overall hospitality experience through reliable service and close attention to detail.

What you will do

• Support guests and coordinate with fellow team members while representing the hotel professionally at all times.
• Keep the minibar area orderly, well organized, and handled with focus, speed, and accuracy.
• Review minibar stock to ensure items are fresh and remove anything past its expiry date.
• Respond to guest requests through the HotSos system.
• Maintain working knowledge of hotel services, including dining and nightlife options.
• Use the hand radio correctly and stay connected with the team as needed.
• Guide guests with local area information when asked.

Requirements and qualifications

This position calls for strong people skills, a calm and organized approach, and the ability to think clearly while handling tasks independently. You should be able to follow instructions, show good judgment, and understand guest needs in order to deliver smooth service with minimal supervision.

• At least 1 year of experience working as a minibar attendant, preferably in a luxury setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with both colleagues and the public.
• Good concentration, organizational ability, and clear thinking under pressure.
• Attention to detail, along with the ability to prioritize tasks, stay accurate, and follow up properly.
• Comfort using HotSos and familiarity with hand radio functions.
• Ability to share local area information and support guest inquiries.

Employment terms

The role is described as temporary for the first 90 days, with the possibility of moving into a part-time arrangement based on performance.
