Job Overview
The Merchandising Execution Associate (MEA) plays a key role in ensuring products are well stocked and attractively presented to optimize the shopping experience for customers. This role emphasizes safety, precision, and efficiency in all merchandising activities.
Supplier Engagement
- Implement price updates, rotate products, and carry out special projects aimed at enhancing product displays to satisfy supplier requirements and expectations.
Sales Enablement
- Apply merchandising strategies to guarantee products are displayed appropriately to boost sales.
- Construct displays and fixtures using basic hand and power tools, as well as update display materials such as signage and brochures.
Operational Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively within teams under onsite supervision, delivering support across various departments.
- Perform physically demanding tasks including repetitive lifting, bending, and operating lift equipment.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with store colleagues and provide excellent customer service to both internal teams and retail customers.
- Positions are available for both day and overnight shifts, with options for full-time or part-time employment.
