Role Overview
We are seeking a Member of Technical Staff specializing in Frontier AI to join on a full-time basis, working remotely from any location. This position centers on advancing state-of-the-art AI models and systems, contributing deeply to research and development efforts that expand the current frontiers of artificial intelligence technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and refine next-generation AI architectures and algorithms.
- Lead research projects aimed at enhancing model efficiency, scalability, and overall performance.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to seamlessly integrate AI solutions into production environments.
- Publish research outcomes through technical reports, whitepapers, and conference presentations.
- Assess, benchmark, and analyze new AI models, frameworks, and specialized hardware accelerators.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related discipline; equivalent practical experience considered.
- Expertise with deep learning platforms such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong proficiency in large-scale distributed training processes and model optimization strategies.
- Experience working with AI-focused hardware, including GPUs and TPUs.
- Proven ability to independently conduct research and lead technical initiatives.
- Familiarity with reinforcement learning, generative models, and multi-modal AI systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills for intricate AI systems.
- Ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to various audiences.
