Role overview
Doctronic is looking for a medical content editor to review pre-written healthcare blog articles and website pages. The role is focused on checking that every piece is clinically sound, factually correct, and aligned with current medical guidance before publication.
Key responsibilities
- Examine medical articles and content pages for clinical and factual accuracy.
- Decide whether each piece is ready to be published or should be revised.
- Make sure the material reflects current evidence-based medical information.
- Share clear and helpful feedback with writers when changes are needed.
- Act as the named medical reviewer on published content, with your credentials and bio displayed publicly on the site.
Requirements
- MD degree or an equivalent qualification from a medical school in the United States.
- Strong command of written English, including editing skills.
- Solid understanding of evidence-based medicine.
- Ability to manage work independently and on a flexible schedule.
- Careful attention to detail.
- Agreement to have your name and professional credentials shown publicly on reviewed content and on a bio page.
- Completion of a background check.

Additional information
