Qualifications and Experience
- Possession of a valid Medical Assistant certification is mandatory.
- Fluency in Spanish language is essential.
- At least two years of experience in a healthcare environment is required.
- Comprehensive understanding of medical terminology is necessary.
- Familiarity with chronic care management protocols is expected.
- Customer service orientation for both internal and external clients is crucial.
- Advanced skills in computer applications including data entry and data management are needed.
- Basic knowledge of productivity tools such as Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides or equivalents is required.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary teams, exercising sound judgment and decision-making.
- Willingness to undertake additional tasks as assigned.
