Role Summary and Responsibilities
The Media Executive is tasked with assisting the planning, implementation, and management of media campaigns to fulfill client goals and expand agency success. Key duties include:
- Supporting the development and carrying out of media plans across channels, including scheduling and ad placement.
- Liaising with media vendors to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets and placements.
- Monitoring campaigns for compliance with budgets and timelines.
- Helping negotiate media rates and placements to secure favorable terms.
- Managing vendor relationships, seeking new media buying opportunities.
- Collecting and analyzing performance data to offer insights for campaign refinement.
- Generating regular reports on budget utilization, performance metrics, and campaign outcomes.
- Adjusting ongoing campaign strategies to enhance effectiveness and meet goals.
- Serving as a key contact point for clients and internal teams regarding media plans and executions.
- Coordinating media trafficking and ensuring accurate, timely delivery of materials.
Skills and Experience

- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, media, or a relevant discipline.
- Demonstrate a keen interest in the media industry and enthusiasm to learn media planning and buying.
- Exhibit strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation capabilities.
- Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills effectively.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
