About the Role
Join CerealBox as a Media Buyer using your expertise in TikTok and Google Ads to make a meaningful difference. Your efforts will contribute towards feeding orphans, aiding refugees, and empowering global communities. This position requires managing significant ad budgets and optimizing campaigns to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
Key Responsibilities
- Launch and manage advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok platforms.
- Oversee 10-15 client ad accounts simultaneously.
- Handle monthly ad budgets exceeding £500,000.
- Continuously optimize ad accounts daily to ensure optimal ROAS for clients.
- Implement media buying strategies formulated by the Head of Performance.
- Experiment with new audiences, creatives, URLs, ad copy, and bidding tactics.
Reporting Duties
- Set up Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Meta Pixel during client onboarding.
- Deliver insights on successful ad creatives to guide the Creative Team in content development.
- Prepare weekly reports covering KPIs related to creatives, audiences, and ongoing tests.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience spending at least £500,000 on ad campaigns.
- Ability to present three case studies of accounts managed directly.
- Previous experience managing Meta or Google Ads for charitable organizations is a plus.
- Fluent in English with strong reading, writing, and communication skills.
- Availability to work UK business hours with flexible scheduling.
Role Details
- Full-time position, 40+ hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- Hybrid work arrangement with three days onsite at the Lahore office.
- Two-month probationary period.
- Monthly salary ranging between £250 and £450.
