About the Role
MyMedBuddy Pvt. Ltd. is building a better healthcare journey by combining patient support with efficient hospital-side coordination. The company is hiring for a MedBuddy Executive cum Relationship Manager in Bhubaneswar to manage both on-ground patient navigation and digital client communication.
Job Overview
Position: MedBuddy Executive cum Relationship Manager
Department: Operations & Client Relations
Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha
Work Model: Field and digital CRM hybrid
Compensation: ₹2,00,000 to ₹2,40,000 per year, with monthly in-hand earnings of up to ₹20,000 including performance incentives, plus mileage-based fuel reimbursement
Reporting To: Head of Operations
What the Role Involves
This position combines patient-facing service delivery with relationship management. The goal is to provide smooth coordination for families while maintaining accurate communication and organized follow-ups.
- Manage appointment coordination, billing desk support, on-site logistics, and internal routing across partner private hospitals so patients and families face less administrative burden.
- Act as the real-time communication link between patients and hospital teams, while keeping precise records of instructions, updates, and follow-up details.
- Respond to client queries through official digital channels with professional etiquette, and share logistics updates, confirmations, and briefing information through WhatsApp Business or the company portal.
- Collect structured feedback after care is delivered, send formal appreciation messages, and support long-term relationship building with families.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should be a graduate from a recognized university. Candidates with academic backgrounds in Hospital Management, Pharmacy, Nursing, Social Work, or Psychology are especially preferred.
Strong spoken communication in English, Odia, and Hindi is required.
Applicants should be comfortable using basic computer tools such as MS Excel, CRM platforms, and text-based interfaces, and must enter customer information carefully and accurately.
A personal two-wheeler in working condition, a valid driving licence, and a modern smartphone are mandatory.
Professional grooming and corporate etiquette must be maintained at all times.
