About the Role
We are seeking a Mechanical Supervisor to work on a significant data centre project in Germany with a leading Tier 1 Mechanical & Electrical Contractor. This position offers a competitive salary package along with various benefits and long-term career prospects.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range of €75,000 to €85,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise mechanical work on site ensuring quality and compliance
- Coordinate mechanical package delivery for data centres or similar industrial projects
- Manage subcontractors effectively and ensure adherence to project timelines
- Oversee commissioning and quality assurance/quality control processes
- Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations
- Plan and organize team activities to meet project objectives
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Recognised qualification in a mechanical trade
- Minimum of 5 years' experience supervising or managing site mechanical activities
- Previous involvement in mechanical delivery for data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial, or commercial projects
- Strong expertise in QA/QC, commissioning, health & safety, and subcontractor management
- Proven leadership, planning, and organizational skills
- Possession of an EU passport is mandatory for eligibility
