What you need

• A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field

• Practical knowledge of SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo/ProE, or comparable CAD software
• Familiarity with engineering analysis tools such as ANSYS
• Experience with MATLAB, LabVIEW, or similar engineering applications
• Solid knowledge of mechanics, materials, thermodynamics, and kinematics
• Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting ability
• Good communication skills and the ability to write technical content clearly
