Overview
We are seeking a diligent and proactive Marketplace Commerce Executive to enhance and manage our presence on top e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio, among others. This role requires hands-on involvement in marketplace operations, product catalog management, advertising campaigns, order processing, and performance enhancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee seller accounts across multiple marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and Ajio.
- Create, update and optimize product listings ensuring accurate titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and relevant attributes.
- Keep track of inventory to avoid stockouts or overselling by coordinating timely stock updates.
- Handle orders including processing, monitoring shipments, cancellations, returns, and returns to origin.
- Design, launch, and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns like Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads.
- Analyze sales data, traffic, ad performance, and conversion rates to boost revenue.
- Engage in marketplace promotional activities, deals, and seasonal sale events.
- Address listing issues, maintain account health, manage policy compliance, and resolve customer escalations.
- Collaborate with logistics, warehousing, and customer support teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales and marketplace performance.
- Conduct competitor analysis and provide recommendations on pricing and promotions.
- Discover opportunities to improve visibility, sales, and profitability on marketplaces.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Familiarity with marketplace platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho Supplier Panel, or equivalents.
- Experience managing marketplace advertisements including Amazon PPC and Flipkart CPC.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data handling.
- Basic SEO knowledge tailored for e-commerce product listings.
- Ability to multitask with keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines.
- Exposure to inventory management and order handling processes.
- Experience with ERP systems or logistics software such as Shiprocket, EasyEcom, or Unicommerce is advantageous.

Additional Information
Work Type: On-site in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
Experience Requirement: Minimum 6 months to 1 year preferred, though freshers with relevant marketplace knowledge are encouraged to apply.
Salary Range: INR 10,000 to 12,000 monthly.
