Sydney is set to welcome the latest venue this summer, promising an immersive dining environment where dynamic cuisine meets vibrant music for an unforgettable guest experience.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to spearhead all local marketing activities at our Sydney restaurant. Collaborating closely with the global marketing team, you will ensure a unified and enhanced brand identity. You will be responsible for strategizing and executing pre-launch plans, partnering with local brands, and working alongside sales teams to boost revenue and customer engagement.
Main Responsibilities
- Formulate a detailed marketing strategy specifically designed for Chotto Matte Sydney’s launch.
- Implement broader Australian market strategies including media relations, digital marketing, sales initiatives, and events.
- Design and manage a clear critical timeline tailored for new openings within the region.
- Lead all marketing activities related to the pre-opening phase, including market entry strategies, launch preparation, and brand positioning.
- Support international branches by customizing campaigns to fit unique local demands.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive campaign success.
- Work under the guidance of the Global Marketing Director to maintain brand consistency in tone, campaign execution, and messaging.
- Oversee the entire social media strategy, including content planning, scheduling, and performance enhancement across platforms.
- Create content calendars reflecting key campaigns, important seasonal events, and business goals.
- Supervise production of engaging content such as reels, influencer collaborations, and narrative brand storytelling.
- Maintain brand voice and visual consistency across all digital platforms.
- Coordinate with PR agencies to deliver effective press strategies, secure media presence, and uphold brand reputation.
- Manage PR activities including media engagement, press previews, and leveraging key promotional moments with clear performance indicators.
- Develop strategic brand collaborations and partnerships to enhance Chotto Matte’s market influence and awareness.
- Initiate and manage impactful influencer campaigns and lifestyle brand partnerships to expand brand reach and attract guests.
- Lead project coordination for all marketing campaigns ensuring alignment with objectives and timelines.
- Create and implement campaigns focused on increasing revenue, table bookings, and customer participation.
- Work closely with operations and reservations teams to enhance marketing impact during prime service times.
- Handle budget management and financial tracking for marketing activities.
- Supervise paid digital marketing efforts including social media ads, search engine marketing, and website optimization.
- Analyze campaign outcomes using data-driven insights to refine and improve future marketing plans.
- Organize and oversee events and entertainment programs that align with brand goals.
- Design and execute brand launches, activation events, and major calendar promotions to boost visibility and demand.
- Ensure a cohesive and high-quality brand experience across all contact points, from online platforms to in-venue interactions.
- Conduct ongoing competitive market analysis relevant to all operating regions.
- Manage external agency relationships by issuing clear briefs, setting expectations, and monitoring performance via KPIs.
- Convert market research findings into effective, actionable marketing strategies.
