Its Total Care offering is a bundled rental model where customers pay one monthly amount and receive new equipment with maintenance included. The company is now expanding internationally following recent acquisitions in Benelux and Ireland.
Role overview
This position is focused on building and delivering clear, consistent, and engaging communications for the JLA and Brodericks brands in Ireland. The role supports growth in revenue and brand visibility by executing the local marketing strategy across the Irish market.
Core responsibilities
The role covers brand delivery, demand generation, digital campaign performance, content development, website content oversight, trade activity, and support for commercial presentations.
Key tasks
- Plan, own, and execute the Irish marketing strategy for both the JLA and Brodericks brands.
- Use marketing campaigns to help increase sales and commercial impact.
- Put tracking and measurement in place, review results regularly, and improve performance through ongoing optimisation.
- Build a content roadmap for the Irish website and manage all associated content.
- Translate JLA’s strategic message into trade publications, events, and award activity.
- Develop marketing assets such as case studies, campaign materials, and sector-specific messaging.
Skills and experience
- Strong background in B2B marketing with a solid understanding of the Irish market.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
- Proven stakeholder management ability, including collaboration with senior leaders.
- Experience running several channels and campaigns at the same time.
- Highly organised with careful attention to detail.
- Exposure to creative, media, or other fast-moving commercial settings.
- Comfort using digital collaboration tools and intranet systems.
- Experience supporting organisational change or transformation work.
- At least 7 years of marketing experience.

This is an onsite full-time role based in Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland.
