About the Role

Our client seeks a Marketing Manager to spearhead and implement creative marketing strategies in a flexible remote environment. This role focuses on elevating brand recognition, aiding campaign creation, and improving marketing operations, potentially expanding regionally. The candidate should demonstrate strategic thinking, outstanding communication, and proven capabilities in managing a variety of marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Develop and lead marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive business growth.
• Handle multiple projects effectively with strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Coordinate with agencies and third-party vendors to manage outsourced marketing efforts.
• Analyze marketing data to create actionable insights.
• Maintain excellent communication and leadership within cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 5-7+ years of progressive experience in marketing management or comparable roles.
• Proficiency with Monday.com and digital marketing technologies.
• Experience in B2B and B2C marketing campaigns is advantageous.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and marketing automation tools is preferred.
• Self-driven with a problem-solving attitude.

Other Details

• About 35 work hours per week with flexible hours to meet deadlines.
• Must reside within 50 miles of Philadelphia, PA.
