Role Overview
Reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Manager for the APAC region, this position involves developing and executing digital marketing campaigns targeting new customer acquisition and partner development across the APAC market. The Marketing Executive will also play a pivotal role in event coordination and logistics, collaborating with both local and international teams to ensure a unified regional marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement multi-channel digital campaigns including emails, paid digital ads, webinars, and nurturing programs that align with regional objectives.
- Manage all aspects of digital events and webinars including scheduling, briefing for asset creation, and associated pre-and post-event campaigns to generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and conversions.
- Assist in crafting nurture campaigns based on lead behaviors within frameworks established by the Senior Marketing Manager.
- Launch expansion campaigns targeting existing partners to identify growth opportunities for the Account Management team.
- Collaborate with global marketing, data, and local sales teams to ensure effective lead capture, prompt handover, and timely follow-ups adhering to internal service level agreements.
- Track and report on campaign performance indicators such as MQLs, funnel metrics, and conversion rates; identify areas for improvement.
- Support event logistics including vendor communication, scheduling, and managing attendee communications for both in-person and virtual formats.
- Coordinate with global teams to align event activities with wider marketing campaigns and assist with related campaign setups to maximize engagement and lead generation.
- Work with the Senior Marketing Manager to coordinate tasks across global stakeholders and localize marketing assets for product launches and initiatives.
- Manage budget-related tasks including recording expenses, raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and assisting with financial reporting.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess 2 to 3 years of experience in a marketing executive or specialist role, preferably within SaaS or fintech sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with global teams, facilitating collaboration among diverse local and international stakeholders.
- Proficient with marketing and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalents.
- Strong understanding of digital campaign execution covering email marketing, paid digital media, webinars, and lead nurturing strategies.
- Experience in event coordination, handling both virtual and face-to-face event formats.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the capacity to manage several projects and deadlines concurrently.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple departments efficiently.
Performance Indicators
- Generation of Marketing and Sales Qualified Leads through new business marketing campaigns.
- Improvement in marketing funnel conversion rates from MQL to sales qualified lead and ultimately closed sales.
- On-time and accurate setup and delivery of event and marketing campaigns.
- Consistency and quality in campaign execution.
- Effective partnership with sales, account management, and global marketing teams.
- Growth in pipeline volume and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
