Marketing & E-Commerce Coordinator

Overview

REBE is hiring a Marketing & E-Commerce Coordinator for its Ponsonby team in Auckland. This is a practical, hands-on position that works closely with the founders and supports growth across marketing, online sales, customer experience, and showroom operations.

The role contributes to launching each collection and covers a broad mix of work, from digital campaigns and email marketing to website merchandising, customer-facing service, and daily showroom coordination. As part of a compact team, you will be involved in several areas of the business and help support REBE’s continued expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with planning and rolling out digital campaigns across Meta, Google, and Klaviyo.
• Create, schedule, and improve EDMs using Klaviyo.
• Coordinate collection drops, campaign materials, and wider marketing delivery.
• Keep the Shopify store updated, including product launches, homepage changes, and collection merchandising.
• Help produce social content and engage with the brand community.
• Review marketing and e-commerce results to spot opportunities for growth.
• Provide a polished showroom experience, including styling support and product advice.
• Support broader daily business operations whenever needed.

Experience and fit

Applicants should have prior exposure to marketing, e-commerce, or digital retail. Experience with Shopify, Meta, Google, or Klaviyo will be an advantage, and experience in fashion or premium retail is especially valued.

Location and work pattern

This role is based in Ponsonby, Auckland and follows a full-time Monday to Friday schedule.

Salary will be matched to the successful candidate’s experience.
