Marketing Coordinator

Role overview

A global beauty and consumer brand is looking for interim help to support its European marketing operations. This contract role sits within a regional marketing team working on the German market and will partner closely with the Marketing Director and the wider sales and marketing function. The main purpose of the position is to provide immediate operational assistance during a busy period.

The assignment runs for 4 months, offers a day rate of £220 to £240, and is fully remote within the UK. An immediate start is required.

What you will do

• Keep marketing data from retail partners organised, accurate, and fully up to date.
• Help plan and coordinate marketing and content calendars.
• Support the briefing workflow for creative materials, working with both internal teams and outside stakeholders.
• Assist with everyday marketing operations for the German market.
• Work with the Marketing Director to help campaigns move forward on time.
• Provide general administrative and coordination support to the wider marketing team when needed.

What the client is looking for

• Fluency in German, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in marketing coordination or a related support role; entry-level applicants may also be considered.
• Strong organisational ability and comfort managing several tasks at once in a fast-moving environment.
• Confidence with data entry and structured datasets.
• Working knowledge of the German market and the wider marketing environment.

Additional information

This is an interim contract position. The work is fully remote and limited to candidates based in the UK. The role is intended to provide short-term operational support rather than a long-term permanent appointment.
