Role overview
This contract Marketing Coordinator role supports a high-performing marketing team with practical ownership of campaign execution, partner coordination, and reporting. The assignment is expected to run for at least 4 months and is based in New York City with a hybrid work setup.
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position is $30 to $33 per hour on a W2 basis. Eligible benefits include health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan.
Start date and work authorization
The expected start date is July 20, 2026. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. and this role cannot offer sponsorship.
What you'll do
- Run daily digital marketing initiatives across paid social channels and external affiliate partners.
- Review campaign results and make adjustments to improve lead generation and KPI performance.
- Create and apply repeatable best practices for audience targeting, bidding, segmentation, and campaign optimization across paid social and affiliate activity.
- Collect, structure, and present performance data, including month-over-month growth and efficiency patterns.
- Monitor media budgets, reconcile spend, and support vendor invoicing.
- Build and maintain day-to-day communication with platform contacts, affiliate partners, and vendors, including deliverable tracking and follow-up.
- Work closely with Client Success, Creative, and Technology teams to keep campaign execution moving smoothly.
Required background
The client is looking for someone with a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline, along with 2 to 4 years of experience in digital or performance marketing. You should understand affiliate marketing terms such as CPL, CPC, CPM, postbacks, and tracking pixels, and be comfortable working in Excel or Google Sheets to organize and analyze campaign data. Strong written and verbal communication skills are important, especially when dealing directly with vendors and partners.
Preferred experience
Agency experience or exposure to lead generation marketing is a plus. Familiarity with affiliate tracking tools such as Everflow, Impact, or similar platforms is also preferred. The ideal candidate can juggle several priorities in a fast-moving environment, pays close attention to detail, follows through reliably, and takes a proactive approach to problem-solving.
