Role Overview
Buffalo Construction Consultants, LLC (BCC) seeks a creative, detail-focused Marketing Coordinator to manage a diverse array of marketing, communication, and branding projects. This position blends creative production with organizational coordination and involves collaboration with internal teams, clients, partners, vendors, and stakeholders in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in producing and organizing marketing collateral such as proposals, presentations, project summaries, advertisements, signage, newsletters, and branded communications.
- Create and plan content for social media channels, website updates, employee spotlights, project features, and company announcements.
- Support business development by updating proposal databases, managing project data, resumes, and templates.
- Coordinate logistics for photography, site visits, events, vendor coordination, sponsorship materials, and promotional items.
- Ensure consistent branding, messaging, formatting, and high quality across all communications both internal and external.
- Provide general support in marketing, communications, administration, event coordination, recruitment efforts, client engagement, and employee involvement activities.
Candidate Requirements
- Applicants must provide a portfolio showcasing graphic design, writing expertise, and the ability to maintain brand or campaign consistency.
- Work samples may derive from employment, internships, freelance work, academic projects, or personal endeavors.
Work Environment and Schedule
- Full-time, onsite role working Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Primary work location is a general office setting with occasional travel to project sites, meetings, or events.
- Some work beyond normal business hours may be necessary to meet deadlines or support events.
