Marketing Assistant

Job Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our Sales & Marketing department at Vishwadeep Enterprises, based in Pune, Maharashtra. This role requires a candidate who can bridge customer expectations with practical products and services in the automobile components field, especially sheet metal components. The ideal candidate will have a technical background complemented by marketing expertise.

Primary Responsibilities

• Interpret customer requirements and convert them into tangible product and service offerings.
• Prepare both commercial and technical proposals.
• Enhance engineering capabilities focused on the design and development of automotive components.
• Apply value engineering principles to reduce costs effectively.
• Collaborate with Cross Functional Teams to assess manufacturing feasibility.
• Manage sales and marketing operations targeting both domestic and export clients.
• Engage in Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) activities, particularly selecting special characteristics.
• Address and resolve customer complaints relevant to marketing activities.
• Coordinate and participate in events like conferences, seminars, receptions, and exhibitions.
• Monitor the impact of marketing campaigns and present reports to senior marketing management.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in marketing and sales.
• Familiarity with MS Office suite.
• Ability to read technical drawings, including GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
• Strong technical judgment and understanding of processes.
• Effective time management skills.
• Excellent analytical abilities for evaluating marketing data and making decisions.
• Strong communication skills.

Preferred Background

• Experience in the automobile industry.
• Knowledge of sheet metal components.

Educational Qualification

Applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, a relevant Diploma, or an MBA.
