About the role
Stryker is looking for a Manufacturing Operator to support the production of medical devices at its Tullagreen site in Cork, County Cork, Ireland. The role is based on a 24/5 shift pattern and involves working within a regulated manufacturing setting, following defined standard operating procedures to support manufacturing, inspection, and packaging activities.
What you will do
- Work as part of a team to produce, package, and label high-quality products in line with standard operating procedures.
- Check components using precision measuring tools to confirm they meet engineering specifications.
- Complete production documentation and maintenance records accurately.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and maintained to a high housekeeping standard.
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental requirements at all times.
- Carry out final inspection tasks, including finished goods checks and DHR review.
- Apply safe work methods, use equipment correctly, verify products, and comply with EHS, line clearance, and 5 pillars standards.
What we are looking for
- A Leaving Certificate, trade qualification, or an equivalent level of education.
- Previous experience in a regulated manufacturing or machine-based environment is beneficial.
- The ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, multi-skilled team.
- Strong communication skills.
- Dependability, good time management, and a commitment to delivering quality output.

Additional information
This position is for the Stryker Tullagreen site in Cork, County Cork, Ireland. The shift arrangement is 24/5. The pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates.
