About the Role

This position involves extensive coordination with corporate entities for campus recruitment and fostering industry relationships. The role entails handling the entire placement cycle to ensure high standards and delivering quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong connections with companies for campus hiring and industry collaboration.
• Oversee and manage the full placement process ensuring effective execution and quality delivery.
• Organize and conduct briefing sessions to educate students about job roles, companies, and future career paths.
• Be available for travel across various cities as required by job demands.
• Exhibit a dynamic and proactive personality with strong enthusiasm and determination.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess graduation or post-graduation degrees. They must have a minimum of two years of prior experience in managing activities related to the Training and Placement Cell.

• Work Location: Primarily onsite at Vadodara with remote options available in Bengaluru and Pune.
